You face is the mosaic of features of all your ancestors who loved each other. Your face is Love. Next time you look at yourself in the mirror I invite you to contemplate this. And once you are filled with all the tender feelings of appreciation and acceptance that this practice evokes, I invite you to join me in my course in face miracles.

In this course I have combined and synthesized over 7 years of professional and personal study and experience in natural holistic rejuvenation methods.

Let’s admit that while most of us like the benefits that come with maturity and getting older, very few women enjoy actually looking and feeling old.

We all have our individual relationship with ageing and all it involves and even the apparent absence of any relationship is also one. Whether we choose natural ageing, graceful one or even invasive methods they all come with long-term effects. I invite you to contemplate a simple question: what will the long-term results of my self-care (or absence of such) be in 10 years. Am I ok with that? If you see room for a change, read on.

I have designed a comprehensive course of unprecedented depth and reach that combines targeted and most effective methods of osteopathy, face fitness, face massage, facial Qi Gong (inner energy work) and bodywork designed specifically for women into one whole system that will bring you closer to yourself and your body, boost your self-confidence and visibly improve your looks and feels.

We love who we care for and everything and everyone that is loved flourishes and glows. It’s time that it is you who receives your love.

All you need is 20-30 minutes every day, your hands, attention, breath and desire to reclaim your radiant self (and a few little items, very easy to obtain).

 

During this course we will:

Deeply and safely release all tensions of masticatory muscles. These muscles include more than just jaw muscles and are woven into entire frontal line of the body. Hypertension on one side will cause one side of the body to be more tensed, which usually shows on the face as asymmetry. Any work on the face without proper release of these tensions will have a temporary and superficial effect.

Release neck and shoulder tensions, improve posture, elongate the neck, correct the neck hump, smoothen horizontal neck lines, improve texture and look of the skin on the neck and chest. Improve neck mobility. This part is fundamental in restoring proper blood and lymph flow in the head. Apart from instantly improved complexion and more defined features, you will notice less brain fog and better focus among other benefits.

Release scalp and aponeurosis tensions. We cannot achieve a lasting lifting effect of the face if the scalp is tensed as it will keep pressing down on all tissues of the face. Working with the head, scalp and aponeurosis will improve your hair health as well.

Restore youthful facial proportions naturally, open eyes, tone and lift cheeks, define cheekbones and jawline, soften hard edges, shape and plump lips, remove nasolabial and frontal lines and dramatically improve texture, tone and elasticity of the skin.

Tone up the most important groups of facial muscles that hold face in its place and prevent it from drooping.

Loosen up “stuck” deeper layers of the skin to open up a better flow of blood, lymph and oxygen. Face will look more energized and full of vitality.

Use energy to lift and open the face in unique and touchless facial Qi Gong.

Release tension in major three diaphragms, open hips, improve their mobility. We will practice hormonal gymnastics and ancient Daoist feminine practices to stimulate ovaries- the fountainhead of feminine health, beauty and longevity.

 Instructions

Perform all classes in their order, there is a reason behind this sequence. Do one session a day and rest on the seventh day.

For the course you’ll need two tennis balls tied into a sheer sock, (optional spiky foot massage ball), a yoga mat, any massage oil, and a teaspoon.

Approach and touch your face and body with love. Keep your inner smile glowing during every practice. Avoid doing any practices in the spirit of judging or fighting anything about your body.

Throughout every class, except for the osteopathic session, sit up straight, keep stretching your head up.

Before and after the osteopathic session drink at least half a glass of warm water.

It is helpful to start practices in front of the mirror to watch that you don’t compensate with any other part of the face or neck during any exercise, e.g. when massaging the face you may not notice how you tense your neck and raise your shoulders, when doing the tongue stretches, you might lift the eyebrows and create wrinkles on your forehead, etc.

Perform all practices mindfully and listen to the feedback of your body. Never put yourself into any strain or pain. If you have acute or chronic pain in the neck, shoulders or elsewhere, avoid exercises that might aggravate your condition. Use your own judgement. You can always reach out and we will work out a substitute exercise for you individually. 

Osteopathic session can only be done once a week. After completing 4 sessions, you can do it twice a week if you wish.

Facial massage will have immediate lifting effect, and you might be tempted to do it more often. Please refrain, as it might have the opposite effect if overdone.

All practices are done without any oils or moisturizers, unless otherwise indicated.

Make it your daily beauty ritual, light a candle or an aroma lamp and make sure you won’t be disturbed for the duration of it. The more present you are with yourself the better results you will see.

 Course Outline

1.    Bodywork designed especially for women. Foot tension release. Releasing blockages in abdominal diaphragm. Postural exercises. Pelvic floor work to open, tone, stimulate and improve circulation, targeted hip stretches and mobility exercises, hormonal practices to stimulate ovaries, postpone menopause or and improve overall feminine and sexual health. Abdominal self-massage.

2.    Full Osteopathic session to release tension in and balance all groups of masticatory muscles and relax the whole body.

3.    Neck and shoulder session. Release tensions. Elongate the neck, correct posture and neck hump, define lower jaw and remove double chin. Correct the position of the tongue. Slack tongue is the most frequent reason of snoring. Improve texture and tone of the skin on the neck and cleavage.

4.    Face fitness. The core of this course. We will work in detail on every area of the neck, head, forehead, eyes, cheeks, jaw and lips to lift, tone, sculpt and release where needed.

5.    Facial massage. Deep detailed massage of neck and face tissues with instant lifting and sculpting effect.

6.    Facial Qi Gong. Touchless facelift. Using energy we will open, brighten and lift the face.

7.    Bonus session. Spoon massage. A short session using a teaspoon that gives an instant lift and oomph. This session is optional and can be performed on the same day as osteopathic session, shoulder and neck or the bodywork session.
