Neck and shoulder session
Release tensions. Elongate the neck, correct posture and neck hump, define lower jaw and remove double chin. Correct the position of the tongue. Slack tongue is the most frequent reason of snoring. Improve texture and tone of the skin on the neck and cleavage.
Face fitness
The core of this course. We will work in detail on every area of the neck, head, forehead, eyes, cheeks, jaw and lips to lift, tone, sculpt and release where needed.
Facial massage
Deep detailed massage of neck and face tissues with instant lifting and sculpting effect.
Facial Qi Gong
Touchless facelift. Using energy we will open, brighten and lift the face.
Spoon massage
A short, bonus session using a teaspoon that gives an instant lift and oomph. It's optional and can be performed on the same day as osteopathic session, shoulder and neck or the bodywork session.
